Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in Canada.
Shipping cost
Free. Every order ships free with tracking, whether you buy one bottle or several.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during holidays or carrier delays.
Duties and taxes
Any import duties and taxes are included. You won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.
Packaging
Every bottle is packed with protective packaging for glass. If anything arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy — we'll replace it or refund you.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at andrey.pedonenko@gmail.com and we'll reship or refund your order.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
