This website is operated by FlipSteep ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and pricing

We describe our products and show their colours as accurately as we can, but screen colours vary and small differences may occur. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or product errors and may cancel orders affected by an obvious error, with a full refund.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot ship to the address provided. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. You confirm that the payment information you provide is yours and accurate.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

Product use and safety

Our bottles are made of glass. Use care with hot liquids: turn the bottle over slowly, never shake it or flip it quickly when it contains hot water, and do not use it if the glass is cracked. Follow the care instructions provided. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to FlipSteep or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipSteep is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
